Precautions when handling the memory card

1. Storing data on Flash Memory Cards

The memory card contains a non-volatile semiconductor memory.

It retains data even when the power is turned off, however,

improper use may result in loss or damage of data.

*The data stored in the memory card cannot be compensated regardless of

the cause for any errors, damages or any other defects. We recommend

backing up valuable data.

2) Formatting Flash Memory Cards

Hagiwara memory cards are factory formatted. Reformat procedure may vary with the device used; so please refer to its User’s manual for further instruction.

*The formatting procedure erases all information on the Flash memory card. To prevent the loss of important data that might be stored on a Flash memory card, please check the contents before you format the card.

3) Inserting / removing memory card

Please make sure to insert/remove the memory card in proper orientation.

DO NOT insert the memory card into a slot other than the slot it is intended for.

DO NOT force the insertion of memory card as this may damage the slot.
